RE/MAX is a global real estate franchise company known for its agent-centric commission model and its red, white, and blue hot-air balloon logo, operating in more than 100 countries and territories. Founded in 1973 by Dave and Gail Liniger, RE/MAX was acquired by The Real Brokerage Inc. in a deal completed in May 2026, forming a combined entity called Real REMAX Group, while the RE/MAX brand continues to operate under its own name.
