Quiznos is an American fast-food franchise chain founded in Denver, Colorado in 1981, known for toasted submarine sandwiches, salads, and related menu items. Once a major national chain with over 5,000 locations at its 2007 peak, it contracted sharply after a 2014 Chapter 11 bankruptcy and is now a much smaller chain owned by High Bluff Capital Partners's REGO Restaurant Group.
