What we do
Ponderosa and Bonanza are American steakhouse buffet restaurant chains, founded in the 1960s, that were once nationwide fixtures with hundreds of locations before declining sharply; only a handful of locations remain today, operated through subsidiary Homestyle Dining LLC. Both brands are owned by FAT Brands, which acquired them in 2017.
