Pluralsight is an American online technology skills and workforce development platform offering video courses, skill assessments, and analytics for software developers, IT professionals, and enterprises. Founded in 2004 and originally headquartered in Utah, it went public in 2018, was taken private by Vista Equity Partners in 2021 for $3.5 billion, and by 2024 ownership had passed to a group of private credit lenders led by Blue Owl Capital after Vista wrote off its equity stake; the company relocated its headquarters to Westlake, Texas.
