Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. is a bank holding company whose subsidiary, Pinnacle Bank, provides commercial and consumer banking, wealth management, and insurance services across the southeastern United States. After completing an approximately $8.6 billion all-stock merger with Synovus Financial Corp. in January 2026, the combined firm kept the Pinnacle Financial Partners name, established a new corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and continues major banking operations out of Nashville, Tennessee.
