Palmetto Canning is a private-label manufacturer of jams, jellies, marinades, sauces, and cooking wines, founded in 1927 by Captain John Greenlaw in Palmetto, Florida. It remains family-owned, now run by the fifth generation of the Greenlaw family, and operates plants in Palmetto and Seffner, Florida.
