Nautic Partners is a private equity firm based in Providence, Rhode Island, that pursues leveraged buyout investments in middle-market healthcare, industrial products, and outsourced services companies. It began in 1986 as Fleet Equity Partners, a subsidiary of Fleet Bank, before becoming an independent firm in 2000; Blackstone Group acquired a minority stake in 2021.
