Murphy USA Inc. is a Fortune 500 company operating a large chain of retail gasoline stations, many located near Walmart stores, under the Murphy USA and Murphy Express brands. Headquartered in El Dorado, Arkansas, it was spun off from Murphy Oil Corporation in 2013 and later expanded into the northeastern U.S. convenience-store market by acquiring QuickChek in 2021.
