MOM Brands, formerly known as Malt-O-Meal Company, was an American breakfast cereal manufacturer known for its store-brand and Malt-O-Meal-branded cereals, once the third-largest cereal maker in the U.S. It was acquired by Post Holdings in 2015 for $1.15 billion and its operations were folded into Post's cereal division, now known as Post Consumer Brands, though the Malt-O-Meal brand continues to be sold.
