Midwest Book Review is a volunteer-driven organization founded in 1976 (originally as the Madison Review of Books radio show) that publishes monthly book-review journals for community and academic libraries, booksellers, and the general public. Based in Oregon, Wisconsin, it reviews hundreds of small-press and self-published titles each month and does not accept payment from authors or publishers.
