Marmon-Herrington is an American manufacturer of drivetrain components -- axles, transmissions, and transfer cases -- and all-wheel-drive conversion systems for heavy trucks and specialty vehicles. Founded in 1931 and historically known for military and off-road vehicles, it has been part of Marmon Holdings (majority-owned by Berkshire Hathaway) since the Pritzker family's Marmon Group acquired it in 1964.
