Kalitta Air is an American cargo airline based at Willow Run Airport in Ypsilanti Township, Michigan, operating Boeing 747 and 777 freighters for scheduled and charter international cargo service. Founded by drag racer Connie Kalitta and re-established under its current name in 2000, it also performs cargo flights for the U.S. Department of Defense's Air Mobility Command.
