Jr. Food Mart is a privately held, locally owned chain of convenience stores serving communities across Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Founded in 1960 as an outgrowth of the now-defunct Jitney Jungle supermarket chain, it sells fuel and convenience items and is actively expanding through new store development and acquisitions. It is a distinct company from the similarly named Jr. Food Stores chain in Kentucky/Tennessee.
