Jif is an American peanut butter brand owned by The J.M. Smucker Company, manufactured primarily at what is described as the world's largest peanut butter production facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Originally developed by Procter & Gamble and introduced under the Jif name in 1958, it is one of the best-selling peanut butter brands in the United States.
