JBS USA is the American meat-processing subsidiary of Brazilian multinational JBS S.A., one of the world's largest processors of beef, pork, and poultry. Headquartered in Greeley, Colorado, it traces its U.S. roots to Swift & Company, acquired by JBS in 2007, and operates numerous processing plants across the country.
