Jade Tree is an independent record label founded in 1990 in Wilmington, Delaware, by Darren Walters and Tim Owen. It became known for releasing emo, post-hardcore, punk, and indie rock records by artists such as Alkaline Trio, Pedro the Lion, and The Promise Ring, though its release pace has slowed significantly since the label scaled back operations around 2009.
