Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is a craft brewpub chain founded in 1996 in Newark, Delaware, known for house-brewed beer and scratch-made food. The original operating company filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in October 2025 and closed all of its roughly 16 locations; co-founder Mark Edelson subsequently reacquired the brand and reopened five locations in Delaware and Pennsylvania in 2026.
