Idaho Candy Company is a Boise, Idaho candy manufacturer established in 1901, still operating from its original 1909 factory building. It is best known for the Idaho Spud, a cocoa-marshmallow-and-coconut candy bar with a cult following in the Pacific Northwest, and also produces bulk candies under the Owyhee label.
