Ibex Outdoor Clothing, LLC is an American producer of merino wool-based outdoor apparel, founded in 1997 in Woodstock, Vermont as an alternative to Gore-Tex and polyester gear. The company shut down in early 2018 after a sales decline, was acquired by Flour Fund, and relaunched in October 2019 under new ownership, now headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
