Howard Center is a nonprofit human services organization headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, that provides mental health, substance use treatment, crisis intervention, and developmental disability services to children and adults. Founded in 1865 and designated in 1966 as the region's community mental health agency, it serves Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, and Rutland counties through more than 60 program locations and a 24/7 crisis line.
