HopCat is an American brewpub and gastropub chain founded in 2008 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, known for its extensive craft beer selections (often 100+ taps) and signature "Crack Fries." The chain emerged from a 2020 Chapter 11 bankruptcy of prior owner BarFly Ventures and now operates about a dozen locations under parent company BarFly.
