High West Distillery is a craft whiskey producer and distillery/saloon based in Park City, Utah, founded in 2006 as Utah's first legal distillery since Prohibition. It is known for blending and finishing whiskeys such as Rendezvous Rye and Double Rye. Constellation Brands acquired the company in 2016 for approximately $160 million.
