Happy Cow Creamery is a small, family-owned dairy farm and on-site creamery in Pelzer, South Carolina, run by Tom Trantham, that pastures grass-fed Holstein cattle using a rotational grazing system and bottles its own low-temperature-pasteurized, non-homogenized milk for sale at its farm store and area retailers.
