Gymboree is a children's apparel and play-program brand founded in 1976. After the original Gymboree Corporation filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy twice (2017 and 2019) and closed its standalone stores, the brand was acquired by The Children's Place in 2019 and now operates as a digital-first sub-brand sold through Children's Place stores and online.
