Grapette is a grape-flavored soft drink created around 1939-1940 by Benjamin Fooks in Camden, Arkansas, notable for its small clear bottles that showcased its purple color and its "Thirsty or Not" slogan. Once a major national and international soft drink brand, the Grapette name and rights are now held by Grapette International and the drink is currently marketed in the U.S. through Walmart's Sam's Choice soda line.
