What we do
Granite City Food & Brewery is a casual-dining restaurant chain and brewpub concept, named after the granite-quarrying nickname of St. Cloud, Minnesota, offering scratch-made American food and craft beer brewed on-site or via a centralized fermentation process. The chain went through a Chapter 11 financial restructuring around 2020 and continues to operate a reduced number of locations across the Midwest and beyond.
