Gardener's Supply Company is an employee-owned retailer of environmentally friendly gardening tools, raised beds, and supplies, founded in 1983 by Will Raap and Alan Newman in Burlington, Vermont. It sells through catalogs, a website, and retail stores in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, and became fully employee-owned via an ESOP in 2009.
