Its lead FDA-approved product, Cosela (trilaciclib), helps protect bone marrow from chemotherapy-induced damage in small cell lung cancer patients. Founded in 2008 based on research from UNC Chapel Hill, it was acquired by Danish company Pharmacosmos in 2024.
