Fuddruckers is a fast-casual restaurant chain founded in 1979 by Philip J. Romano, known for made-to-order hamburgers with meat ground and buns baked on-site, plus a build-your-own burger topping bar. Once numbering over 200 locations across North America, the chain shrank significantly through several bankruptcies and ownership changes before being acquired by Black Titan Franchise Systems in 2021.
