Foster's Freeze is an American fast-food chain founded in 1946 in Inglewood, California, known as "California's Original Soft Serve" for its soft-serve ice milk, milkshakes, hamburgers, and chicken. The chain grew to hundreds of locations across California and, after a 2015 acquisition by a franchisee investment group, has expanded modestly, including its first out-of-state location in Georgia in 2024.
