Follett Corporation is an American educational technology and services company founded in 1873, providing textbooks, software, and content solutions to colleges, schools, and libraries. Long family-owned, it ended roughly 150 years of Follett family ownership between 2021-2022 when its various divisions (Follett School Solutions to Francisco Partners, Baker & Taylor to an investor group, and the higher-education/corporate entity to Jefferson River Capital LLC) were sold off separately.
