FNC, Inc. is a real estate data and technology company founded in 1995 by University of Mississippi finance professors, providing collateral valuation and appraisal management technology (including AppraisalPort and its Collateral Management System) to mortgage lenders. It was acquired by CoreLogic in 2015-2016 for $475 million and continues to operate as part of that company, which has since rebranded as Cotality.
