What we do
The Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad is a 45-mile heritage steam railroad operating between Durango and Silverton, Colorado, on a line originally built in 1882 to haul silver and gold ore. Today it runs as a tourist excursion railroad using historic steam and diesel locomotives, and is designated a National Historic Landmark.
