Dortch Enterprises is the family-owned company behind Great Lakes Taco, a Taco Bell franchisee operating dozens of restaurant locations across southeast Michigan. It was founded by Lou Dortch Sr. and Lou Dortch Jr., who have worked in the restaurant industry since 1987, with Great Lakes Taco launched in 2017.
