Daniele, Inc. is a Rhode Island-based producer of Italian-style dry-cured meats and charcuterie, such as prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni. Sold to private equity in 2019, it merged with Utah's Creminelli Fine Meats in 2020 to form the parent company Charcuterie Artisans, which was acquired by Industrial Opportunity Partners in 2025.
