What we do
Dakota Growers (Dakota Growers Pasta Company) is a durum wheat pasta manufacturer founded in 1990 as a farmer-owned cooperative in Carrington, North Dakota. After a series of ownership changes -- becoming a public company in 2002, then acquired by Viterra in 2010 and transferred to Post Holdings' 8th Avenue Food & Provisions in 2014 -- its pasta plant and brand were sold to Canadian agribusiness Richardson International in December 2025.
