Cooper Mountain Vineyards is an Oregon winery in the Willamette Valley AVA, founded in 1978 on the slopes of Cooper Mountain near Beaverton. It is known for certified organic and biodynamic estate-grown wines (Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc) and also produces balsamic vinegar under the Apicio label.
