Clay County Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric utility cooperative that provides electricity distribution to roughly 8,500 members across Northeast Arkansas. It operates from offices in Corning, Pocahontas, and Rector, Arkansas, maintaining thousands of miles of power lines and tens of thousands of poles and meters.
