Chester's International, commonly known as Chester's or Chester's Chicken, is an American fried chicken quick-service restaurant chain founded in 1965 by W.O. Giles in Birmingham, Alabama, with headquarters now in the Birmingham suburb of Mountain Brook. The company began franchising in 2004 and has grown to more than 1,000 in-line locations in shopping centers, convenience stores, and mall food courts worldwide.
