Carino's Italian (Johnny Carino's) is a U.S. casual-dining Italian restaurant chain originally launched as Spageddies by Brinker International in 1992 and rebranded in 1997 by Fired Up Restaurant Concepts. The chain has shrunk significantly from its peak of over 170 locations after two bankruptcy filings (2014 and 2016) but continues to operate a reduced number of restaurants.
