Argent Ventures is a privately held real estate investment firm founded in 1997 by Andrew Penson, based in New York City. It is best known for having owned the land beneath Grand Central Terminal and roughly 156 miles of Metro-North Railroad track (sold to the MTA in 2018-2019), and for owning notable properties such as the Capitol Records Building in Hollywood.
