Amano Artisan Chocolate is a small bean-to-bar chocolate maker founded in 2005 by Art Pollard in Orem, Utah, known as Utah's first chocolate manufacturer. The company produces single-origin and flavored dark chocolate bars and has received international recognition, including a Gold award at the Academy of Chocolate Awards.
