What we do
Alyeska Pipeline Service Company is a consortium-owned operator that designs, constructs, operates, and maintains the 800-mile Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS), which transports crude oil from Prudhoe Bay on Alaska's North Slope to the port of Valdez. It is jointly owned by Harvest Alaska (Hilcorp), ConocoPhillips, and ExxonMobil affiliates, and has operated the pipeline since it began service in 1977.
