Alliance Laundry Systems is an American manufacturer of commercial and industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironers, sold under brands such as Speed Queen, UniMac, Huebsch, IPSO, and Primus. Headquartered in Ripon, Wisconsin, the company traces its roots to 1908 and was formed in its current structure in 1998 after Bain Capital purchased Raytheon's commercial laundry division. It is majority owned by BDT Capital Partners, with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (via Teachers' Private Capital) retaining a minority stake.
