Alaska Flour Company is a family-owned business founded in 2011 in Delta Junction, Alaska, operating the only commercial flour mill in the state. It grows and stone-grinds hulless barley into whole-grain flour, baking mixes, and other food products sold under the "Eat More Barley" brand.
