Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is the United States subsidiary of Airbus Helicopters, headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas (with an additional manufacturing plant in Columbus, Mississippi). It manufactures and supports civil and military helicopters, including the UH-72 Lakota, for the North American market, and was formerly known as American Eurocopter before being renamed in 2014 following Airbus's acquisition of Eurocopter.
