Aerus LLC is a privately held manufacturer of vacuum cleaners, air and surface purifiers, and water filtration/treatment systems, sold primarily through a network of independently owned direct-sales franchises. It is the successor to Electrolux Corporation USA (founded 1924), having rebranded as Aerus after selling North American rights to the Electrolux name back to the Swedish Electrolux Group around 2000-2003.
