Facilities Technician

Duties & responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in facilities and equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failures
- Troubleshoot complex equipment independently and document findings for operational records
- Respond to emergency repairs and urgent maintenance requests across multiple shifts
- Inspect building systems, machinery, and infrastructure to identify issues and needed maintenance
- Coordinate with operations teams to schedule maintenance and minimize facility disruption
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documentation to guide repairs
