Equipment Engineer

Duties & responsibilities
- Maintain and repair semiconductor fabrication equipment in cleanroom fab environments using preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using root cause analysis and systematic problem-solving approaches
- Optimize manufacturing processes and equipment performance to improve yield and production efficiency
- Analyze production data and process metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization
- Qualify new equipment and validate process changes to ensure manufacturing reliability
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and process flow diagrams to support equipment work
