What they ask for
Required
- Lift and carry 35–50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Push utility carts up to 60 lbs
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach throughout shifts
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on mezzanine where applicable
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude
- Use basic math accurately (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
- Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency for safety and policies
- Work in temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer (Food Distribution Center only)
Nice to have
- Operate powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift, Sit Down & Standup)
- Work at heights up to 40 feet where applicable
